Dedicated EV charging station for Fatouros unit included in basement/parking scope. Target: end of March.
All smart home items ordered. Client configuration session required prior to move-in. Client must be present.
Certification submitted as complete package at end of construction. Energy audits at completion, 6mo, 12mo, 3yr, 5yr.
